Infinity Aspirations provides training sessions designed to build positive cultures and climates in your organizational setting. Having been certified to train in Restorative Practices (IIRP) as well as an instructor for Professional Crisis Management (PCM- PCMA), we provide schools, districts, and a variety of organizations with practical, evidence-based strategies for building and restoring relationships and for creating a more positively engaged community.

Culture and Climate Audits

It is essential to conduct organizational pulse checks to ensure growth and improvement. Through engaging with a variety of its stakeholders and gaining knowledge surrounding the effectiveness of organizational tools and resources, Infinity Aspiration’s climate and culture audit interacts with multiple facets of an organization’s culture to determine what is working effectively to grow and improve the culture. The organization is provided with scores derived from the criterion-specific formula and, if needed, offered feedback, suggestions, and consultation as well as coaching for improving scores in identified areas.
